Win's Nails Reviews

I had such a wonderful experience at Win Nails! It was my first time visiting, and I stopped in after work with only about an hour left before closing. Even though it was close to the end of the day, Cindy was kind enough to fit me in for a fill. She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and never made me feel rushed. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and did an amazing job on my nails. They turned out exactly how I wanted them! It’s so refreshing to receive such great customer service, especially at the end of a long workday. Cindy’s professionalism and kindness really stood out, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Win Nails and especially Cindy

I really wanted this place to work due to its location. The first time I went there the nail technician was late and because she was late, I didn't get the design I wanted on my nails because it took her forever to do just one flower. I gave it another chance and the second time the nail technician was 20 minutes late! I brought a design for her to do, and I have never had my nails look so terrible. I asked for pointy I got almond if you want to call it that. My nails are lifting or have fallen off and I had to glue them back on. I will never go back there. The photos I attached are taken 3 weeks after my appointment. I should have taken pictures right after my appointment, but I wasn’t going to write a review, but others need to know DO NOT GO THERE.

Came in with my sister to get our nails done. We both chose Simple cute designs for our nails. I sat down for a refill, and showed the nail tech my picture. She didn’t mention to me that she doesn’t know how to do designs, and just proceeded to start taking off my last design. From the shape of my nails to the design itself (inconsistent paint job and heart shapes). Nothing looks good at some point I gave up correcting the nail tech and just decided it is what it is. It looks like a job I did at home. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anybody else. I was left speechless, If I could get my money back I would. This cost me $55.

Cindy gave me my wedding nails tonight, as well as a perfect brow wax. Her personality was very friendly and relaxing. The pictures don't do the nails justice - they look even better in person. My style is simple, and she knew just what to do for the occasion for me. As we were finishing, I decided to call my fiance to come get a manicure and brows for himself. We left extremely happy and rejuvenated, and it was such a great price. Thank you again!

Cindy is the best nail artist in Edmonton! Been going to her for years, always does an excellent job with both my nails and waxing! I’m greeted with smiles every time I come in and the service never disappoints. Also, the retention of my nails are absolutely insane.
